Melnikov Central Order of the Red Banner of Labour Research and Design Institute of Steel Structures (ZAO Melnikov TSNIIPSK): materials characteristics were confirmed and a conclusion was issued on long-term anticipated service life of FLEXICOAT FC (180 micron) and FLEXICOAT PU 80 (60 micron) systems: over 25 years under C3 conditions, from 15 to 25 years under C4 conditions, from 7 to 15 years under C5 conditions (according to GOST 34667.5-2021 (ISO 12944-5:2019))

LKP-Khotkovo-Test Paint and Coating testing laboratory of Lakokraspokrytie Research and Production Association (NPO LKP LLC): accelerated climatic tests were performed and the test report was issued stating the anticipated service life of 20 years for FLEXICOAT FC (120 micron) and FLEXICOAT PU 80 (60 micron) systems in conditions of open industrial environment of moderately cold and cold climate (UKhL 1, KhL1)

Institute of JSC Research Center of Construction (TSNIISK named after V.A. Kucherenko): materials characteristics were confirmed with the conclusions issued for long-term (over 20-25 years) anticipated service life of the systems in conditions of industrial environment of moderate and cold climate (UKhL 1) and in marine environmental conditions of moderately cold and tropical climate, including the vessels with unrestricted navigation.

Corrosion protection systems of MNGS PC LLC for protection of external surfaces of the vessel equipment based on FLEXICOAT EP FC and FLEXICOAT PU 80 are included in the updated List of Corrosion Protection Systems Recommended for Application during Construction of Oil Refining and Petrochemical Facilities of Rosneft Oil Company PJSC based on Conclusion No. ИСХ-ПТ-00150-23 dated 21.03.2023 issued by Samaraneftekhimproekt JSC.

ROSDORNII Federal Autonomous Institution (Russian Road Research Institute): MNGS PC LLC company standard STO 68276718-001-2023 Corrosion Protection of Metal Structures using MNGS PC LLC Coatings in Transport Construction is included in the Register of new and best reusable technologies, materials and technology solutions (Request No. 353). Expert advisory board of the General Industry Competence Centre on new materials and technologies for construction, repair and maintenance of motor roads as a result of voting by its members decided to include the relevant details in the data base of the Register.
